The subscription journey
Step 1: Choose a plan
Compare plan lengths and read the renewal and cancellation terms on each plan before you decide.
Step 2: Complete secure checkout
Pay through our payment partner. Your subscription is only activated after the payment has been verified.
Step 3: Receive your access details
Once activated, you'll receive your access details.
Step 4: Add them to your player
Follow the guide for your device and app. Most setups take a few minutes and only need to be done once.

What happens behind the scenes
Payment verification comes first
When you check out, our payment partner processes your payment. Your subscription is activated only after we receive a verified confirmation from that partner, not just because you reached a “thank you” page. This protects you from being charged for an account that was never set up, and protects us from fraudulent orders.
Your access details
Once activated, you receive your access details. Keep them private: they're tied to your subscription and its connection limit.
Setting up your player
Pick a player for your device from our app comparison, then follow the matching guide. Setup is usually a one-time step of a few minutes.
Renewal and cancellation
The renewal terms for your plan are shown on the plan card and again before you pay. The refund policy explains how cancellation and refunds work.
