These terms explain what you can expect from IPTV Hive and what we expect from you when you use the service.

Draft: pending legal review

This document describes how the website works today. Clauses marked “to be confirmed” depend on business details and legal advice that IPTV Hive has not finalized. They must be completed before the service accepts customers.

1. Who we are

IPTV Hive is operated by To be confirmed: legal entity name, registered address and company number. In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to that business, and “you” refers to the person using the service.

2. The service

IPTV Hive provides subscription access to live television content that we are licensed to distribute, delivered over the internet for playback in compatible third-party player apps. Content availability depends on our licenses and may vary by region. Licenses can change, so channels may occasionally be added or removed.

3. Your account and access details

  • Your access details are personal to you. Keep them confidential.
  • You may use the service on up to the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan.
  • You may not resell, share publicly, rebroadcast or otherwise redistribute the service or its content.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your access details have been exposed.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Plan prices, durations, connection limits and renewal terms are shown on the plans page and again before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment-card details. Your subscription is activated only after the payment has been verified.

5. Renewal and cancellation

To be confirmed: whether plans renew automatically, how and when you can cancel, and the effect of cancellation

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that applies to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to bypass connection limits, regional restrictions or other technical controls;
  • use the service in a way that breaks applicable law or infringes the rights of others;
  • interfere with or overload our systems.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents us.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but streaming depends on many things outside our control, including your internet connection, your device and third-party player apps. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

9. Liability

To be confirmed: limitation-of-liability clause, to be drafted with legal counsel for the governing jurisdiction

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For material changes affecting active subscriptions, we'll give notice before they take effect.

11. Governing law

To be confirmed: governing law and jurisdiction
