Channel logos in IPTV apps are separate images that your playlist or service points to; the app downloads them and shows them next to each channel. When a logo is missing, the image link is broken or blocked, the app's cache is stale, or the app is set to use a different logo source.
How logos get into your app
- M3U playlists commonly include a logo address on each channel line with the
tvg-logoattribute. - Xtream Codes logins usually provide logos as part of the channel information.
- Some apps can also use logos from guide (XMLTV) data or a logo folder you choose.

- Refresh the playlist in the app so it downloads current channel details.
- Clear the app's image or cache data (or the app cache on Android-based devices), then reopen it.
- Check the app's settings for a logo source option (playlist, guide data, or none) and switch it.
- Check that your device's date and time are correct; wrong clocks can break secure image downloads.
When it's not your setup
If logos are missing for the same channels on every device, the logo links themselves are broken. That's on the provider's side, so report the affected channel names.
Can I add my own logos?
Many apps let you change a channel's logo, and you can edit tvg-logo values in a local copy of an M3U file. Keep in mind an edited copy stops receiving your provider's updates. See What is an M3U file? for how the file is structured.
